Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or related field, or Master’s degree in the same areas with equivalent experience.
  • •4 years of experience as an Urban Designer, Architectural Designer, or related occupation (or 2 years with a Master’s).
  • •Experience in urban design and master planning, public realm and streetscape design, and site planning.
  • •Experience producing technical drawing and design documentation, including 3D modeling and visualization.
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
