Job Summary

Provide Level 2 onsite support for enterprise network and infrastructure, handling LAN/WAN/wireless, IP telephony and unified communications, AV/video conferencing, firewalls, building security systems, and telecommunication infrastructure. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, execute network changes and planned maintenance, and escalate complex issues to Level 3/vendors. Serve as an onsite technical representative, maintain runbooks and network diagrams, and manage ITIL-based incident/problem/change processes to meet SLA targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Level 2 onsite support for network and infrastructure technologies including LAN/WAN/wireless, IP telephony, unified communications, AV/video conferencing, firewalls, building security systems, and telecommunication infrastructure.
•Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for incidents and service degradations.
•Execute network changes, migrations, upgrades, and installations following change management processes; support planned maintenance and emergency restoration.
•Handle incidents and service requests within SLA timelines, escalate complex issues to Level 3 or vendors with documentation, and participate in problem management investigations.
•Act as an onsite technical representative for NTT DATA, communicate with customers on status/resolution/service impact, and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, network diagrams, and ticketing records.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
•3–5 years of hands-on experience in onsite network/infrastructure support in enterprise or managed services environments.
•Strong understanding of LAN/WAN/wireless networking concepts and IP telephony/VoIP fundamentals.
•Experience with AV and video conferencing technologies and firewall fundamentals/basic security principles.
•Familiarity with enterprise environments and SLA-driven support models, including ITIL and ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
