Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain financial or other records and verify statistical reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • •Coordinate maintenance activities between customers, vendors, and mechanics, including workload leveling before assigning work in a work order system.
  • •Monitor preventative maintenance activities and facilitate workorder assignments with heavy equipment mechanics.
  • •Oversee fuel management operations: monitor fuel station usage, maintain fuel records, request bulk fuel replacements, and coordinate center-wide fuel delivery.
  • •Manage fleet and key control activities, including issuing electronic keys, scheduling offsite preventative maintenance and repairs, coordinating vehicle turn-ins/pickups, and supporting short-term bus rentals.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates Degree and 3 years’ experience or 5 years equivalent experience without a degree.
  • •Experience with Flow Master, or an equivalent fuel management system.
  • •Experience with GSA fleet operations.
  • •Experience with vehicle renting.
  • •Must be able to pass background investigation, be granted access/clearance to Marshall Space Flight Center, and pass a drug test; US Citizenship required.
