Associate Director - Project Management Offices

Lead and grow project management teams within the Real Estate business, partnering with the Director of Project Management and leadership to shape strategy and drive complex project and programme delivery. Own client relationship management, business development activities, and proposal/bid work to secure new commissions. Provide strategic oversight across multiple projects, manage risks and governance, and ensure strong financial performance including forecasting, fee management, and profitability.
