Provide warm, welcoming service to customers while handling day-to-day banking transactions accurately and efficiently. Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, loan and credit card payments, utility payments, and other paying/receiving activities within approved authority. Sell cashier’s checks and safe deposit box services, prepare daily settlement and required reports, manage cash balances and ATM/coin machine support, and help identify customers’ needs for referral to appropriate teams.
