Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with enterprise systems teams to gather documentation and evidence for ITGC and business process controls.
•Facilitate timely submission of evidence for SOX compliance testing and ensure deadlines are met.
•Support SOX testing and assist in identifying control deficiencies or improvement opportunities.
•Serve as a point of contact between IT, Finance, and Internal Audit for smooth evidence gathering and submission.
•Deliver SOX training, maintain control documentation repositories, and coordinate with external auditors during the SOX audit process, including tracking remediation and reporting progress.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in SOX compliance, internal audit, process improvement, quality management, or related roles with a focus on ITGC and business process controls.
•Strong understanding of IT systems, access management, and change management processes.
•Experience identifying opportunities to improve processes or evidence collection workflows.
•Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•Experience providing training to cross-functional teams on compliance or process improvement.
