Coordinate development activities, including partners and subcontractors, and build engineering planning with cross-functional teams. Ensure end-to-end coherence of engineering practices and tools, organize systems engineering reviews, manage delivery constraints on cost/quality/timing, and drive KPIs through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
