Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the system development cycle and the engineering processes, practices, and tools applicable to the product/project.
  • •Pilot all engineering development activities, including those with partners and subcontractors.
  • •Build the development strategy, including engineering calendar/planning with the involved teams, and coordinate via domain leaders.
  • •Ensure end-to-end coherence of engineering processes, practices, and tools; organize and lead co-engineering and systems engineering reviews.
  • •Deliver engineering cost/schedule/quality outcomes and drive competitiveness KPIs using root-cause analyses and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (engineering school or Bac +5), ideally with specialization in optronics.
  • •Proven experience with engineering processes and tools across the full lifecycle.
  • •General knowledge of optronic products and/or photonics.
  • •Experience in systems architecture for embedded systems in the Defense domain.
  • •Knowledge of systems engineering approaches and functional analysis in a multidisciplinary environment.
