Process payments for express service and parts transactions in the dealership’s service department. Reconcile repair orders and parts invoices, verify accuracy, calculate materials charges and applicable taxes, and collect payments in cash, check, or authorized charge accounts. Provide customers receipts/change, update service history, file closed repair orders, deliver documents to accounting, manage related sublet bills, and handle customer service needs and phone calls.
