Build credibility with CxOs and engineering leaders, evangelize the AC/DC “Guide, Verify, and Solve” framework, and deliver Proof of Value to shorten sales cycles. Develop regional partner and influencer relationships to scale from pilots to organization-wide adoption.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Guide enterprise AI and engineering teams in SEA and India to adopt next-generation agentic development practices and scale AI code generation with verification.
•Drive enterprise growth by hunting net-new logos and cross-sell/upsell to expand existing client adoption from pilots to full organization-wide rollout.
•Navigate complex enterprise deals by building credibility with CxOs, CTOs, Heads of AI, VPs of Engineering, and procurement teams.
•Evangelize the AC/DC “Guide, Verify, and Solve” vision, embedding algorithmic and agentic verification across development loops.
•Orchestrate Proof of Value initiatives quantifying developer efficiency, token economics, and AI governance compliance while building a regional partner ecosystem.

•Business acumen focused on top line, bottom line, and risk profile before selling.
•Proven builder mindset operating effectively in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments.
•Experience understanding enterprise sales cycles and applying pattern recognition to what works.
•Strong ownership mindset with urgency to fix issues when problems arise.
•Technical fluency in AI, SDLC, or DevOps to be credible with engineering and product leaders.
