Job Summary

Own full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for nursing, allied health, and non-clinical roles. Build local and international sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future staffing needs. Screen, interview, and assess candidates while ensuring alignment with job profiles and applicable regulatory/licensure standards. Partner with hiring managers to deliver outcomes within SLAs, while maintaining accurate ATS data and producing recruitment reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hiring across nursing, allied health, and non-clinical roles.
•Develop local and international sourcing strategies to attract qualified healthcare and non-healthcare professionals.
•Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs across clinical and non-clinical domains.
•Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job profiles, competency requirements, and regulatory/licensure standards.
•Partner with hiring managers to deliver hiring outcomes within agreed SLAs and maintain accurate ATS data with recruitment reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•3–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience with success in high-volume recruitment, particularly for nursing and allied health.
•Knowledge of healthcare talent markets and licensure requirements (DOH/DHA/MOH).
•Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver timely, quality hires.
•Experience using ATS platforms, sourcing technologies, and recruitment analytics.
