Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the integrated PMO operating rhythm, including daily priorities, weekly reviews, action tracking, and executive status reporting.
  • •Coordinate work across operations, logistics, procurement, finance, recruiting, HR, contracts, subcontracts, security, quality, and site leadership.
  • •Maintain a consolidated view of owners, due dates, dependencies, decisions, and risks; elevate issues requiring leadership intervention.
  • •Support WFS Next transition planning and phased stand up of mission requirements, monitoring staffing, procurement, logistics, and site readiness across CONUS/OCONUS.
  • •Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, templates, trackers, and management controls to improve consistency and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of relevant operations program management, logistics, or government contracting experience (or an equivalent combination).
  • •Active Secret clearance.
  • •At least three years leading cross-functional teams or complex operational work.
  • •Experience supporting a Department of Defense program contract or mission environment.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and action/project tracking systems.
