Job Summary

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers, while loading/unloading and maintaining the safe, clean condition of each vehicle. Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes to the customer tracking system. Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy. Work rotating shifts and weekends based on scheduling needs at the inspection center location.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
•Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and regularly inspect the hauler to ensure vehicles are safe to drive.
•Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record according to Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.

•Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
•Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
