Betriebsassistent/Operating Manager (CH)

Lead day-to-day operations by supporting customer service and motivating your team while driving product presentation and sales. Manage ordering, cash handling, and inventory, and ensure workplace safety and the HACCP concept are followed. Serve as the main contact for team members, plan shifts to maintain productivity, and represent and further develop operating concepts. Train and develop employees through ongoing coaching and onboarding.
