Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as technical lead for Customer Management engineering by setting and delivering the technical agenda for foundational platforms and horizontal teams.
  • •Manage the credit card customer lifecycle, driving real-time credit decisioning and offers using predictive models and experimentation.
  • •Lead engineering teams and grow technical leaders, mentoring and coaching within the engineering and product community.
  • •Provide authoritative expertise in non-functional system characteristics (performance, scalability, operability) and ensure technical design/implementation quality.
  • •Lead platform modernization by decommissioning legacy systems and standing up a hybrid SRE + Engineering Productivity function while coding hands-on.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 314,800 - 359,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 9 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
  • •At least 9 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns.
  • •At least 9 years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and SPA frameworks.
  • •Experience leading large-scale engineering organizations and/or founding or leading SRE/production excellence functions.
