Lead the technical agenda for Customer Management engineering by defining next-generation platform and horizontal capabilities across SRE, Sustained Engineering, Data, and Operations. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as technical lead for Customer Management engineering by setting and delivering the technical agenda for foundational platforms and horizontal teams.
•Manage the credit card customer lifecycle, driving real-time credit decisioning and offers using predictive models and experimentation.
•Lead engineering teams and grow technical leaders, mentoring and coaching within the engineering and product community.
•Provide authoritative expertise in non-functional system characteristics (performance, scalability, operability) and ensure technical design/implementation quality.
•Lead platform modernization by decommissioning legacy systems and standing up a hybrid SRE + Engineering Productivity function while coding hands-on.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 314,800 - 359,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•At least 9 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
•At least 9 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns.
•At least 9 years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and SPA frameworks.
•Experience leading large-scale engineering organizations and/or founding or leading SRE/production excellence functions.
