Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate heavy trucks, tractor-trailers, and flatbeds to transport vehicles, equipment, and Class IX materiel for turn-in site operations.
  • •Support turn-in movements by hauling assets from Army units to the site or designated locations and assist with loading, securing, and unloading cargo.
  • •Perform PMCS before, during, and after operations, and report deficiencies and coordinate repairs.
  • •Maintain driver logs, trip tickets, fuel records, and inspection sheets; ensure proper completion of shipping and transport documents.
  • •Comply with DOT, OSHA, and Army safety and transport regulations, safeguard government property, report accidents/incidents, and update logistics/transportation systems when required.

Salary: USD 23.17 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL – Class A or B as required).
  • •3–5 years of heavy truck driving experience; prior Army or contractor logistics experience preferred.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • •Must be able to obtain Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
  • •Basic proficiency in English (reading and writing) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
