Key Responsibilities

  • •Bridge generative AI research models to real-world industrial applications, solving the “last mile” integration problem.
  • •Design and prototype AI agents based on client requirements, including workflows, system integrations, and LoRA fine-tuned models.
  • •Implement production-ready solutions by integrating AI model APIs with agent frameworks and supporting tools (RAG, vector DB, memory, caching, etc.).
  • •Optimize AI system performance across latency, throughput, and cost for large-scale usage.
  • •Develop evaluation frameworks and guardrails to ensure safe, accurate, hallucination-free outputs, and collaborate cross-functionally to feed field signals into the roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, plus at least 1 year of related AI-native industry experience.
  • •Experience designing agentic/AI-native solutions (e.g., Re-Act, Plan and Execute, Multi-Agent, Skills).
  • •Practical AI infrastructure knowledge such as GPU selection and model inference acceleration frameworks (e.g., vLLM, sglang).
  • •High fluency in oral and written English and Tagalog.
  • •Comfort with end-to-end integration work: AI model APIs, production-quality engineering, and system/tool integration.
