Key Responsibilities

•Drive deal velocity and optimize Q2C processes by coordinating deal desk activities and approvals.
•Draft, review, and finalize deal documentation; ensure adherence to policies and revenue recognition standards.
•Maintain data integrity in Salesforce by updating opportunities, accounts, and contacts with accuracy.
•Provide training and ongoing support to sales teams on deal desk processes and best practices.
•Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to resolve issues and improve deal performance.

Key Requirements

•Deal desk/sales operations expertise and experience supporting sales pipeline and deal progression.
•Proficiency in crafting accurate and complex quotes using CPQ tools and Salesforce (SFDC).
•Familiarity with drafting and reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with sales, finance and legal policies.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to train sales teams on deal desk processes.
