Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply optimization concepts to produce scenario-based loading plans across the planning horizon to meet target bit volume and market share while accounting for technode milestones and ramp planning.
  • •Model capacity thresholds using industrial engineering concepts for current and future technology and analyze scenario options, calling out improvement opportunities and better-return options.
  • •Collaborate with central and site stakeholders to plan capacity requirements for future products, quantify capital spend impact, and manage scenario ownership and change control.
  • •Perform baseline and forecast capital spend analysis to maintain cashflow neutrality, monitor variance vs projection, and track technode capex using CALM and supplier delivery date data.
  • •Develop and maintain automated capital-related dashboards and SharePoint updates, using task automation and simplification to eliminate manual errors.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of experience in semiconductor capacity planning (industrial engineering) or strategic planning team experience.
  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or chemical engineering.
  • •Proficiency in AI-enabled analytics and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power BI AI capabilities, Python-based analytics).
  • •Ability to apply AI, advanced analytics, and industrial engineering methodologies to optimize loading strategies, capital allocation, and scenario evaluation.
  • •Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and data validation/reporting skills, including dashboard/report development (Tableau and Power BI).
