Key Responsibilities

•Own commercial relationships with utilities, energy suppliers, and market operators across active US data center markets through long-term agreement execution.
•Participate in regulatory and rate-making processes to shape energy supply outcomes ahead of build pipeline constraints.
•Negotiate retail power agreements, PPAs, and behind-the-meter offtake deals, including structuring capacity options and running scenario analyses.
•Partner with site acquisition and legal teams to assess energy requirements before lease commitments and refine commercial arrangements for existing facilities.
•Coordinate across design, construction, finance, sustainability, and on-site operations to distill market and regulatory developments into decisions for leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 350,000 annually

•Identified schedule risks and cost exposure early, and documented project status with enough precision for handoffs mid-process.
