Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement Lean Manufacturing concepts, including Value Stream Map evaluation and future-state implementation across operations
  • •Deploy Lean tools as appropriate and ensure engineering/manufacturing principles are followed

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited educational institution
  • •3+ years of experience in engineering or manufacturing engineering
  • •Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing concepts, including Value Stream Map evaluation and future-state deployment
  • •Technical understanding of manufacturing processes (including assembly and pull systems) and lean/continuous improvement methodologies
  • •Experience with MRP systems (SAP) and tools such as AutoCAD/Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications
