Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead electrical design for BESS and renewable projects across FEED, detailed design, and assurance.
  • •Design BESS balance-of-plant (BOP) systems.
  • •Develop grid connection solutions (11kV–400kV) for energy storage and renewables, including FEED, planning, and feasibility study design.
  • •Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions.
  • •Support bidding, project management, and quality management activities.

Key Requirements

  • •B. Tech or Master of Engineering (or equivalent) in an appropriate engineering discipline.
  • •10-14 years of experience in the energy sector (preferably including outside India projects such as UK, USA, Canada, Middle East, or ANZ).
  • •Previous experience in consultancy, contractor, equipment manufacturer, or electrical utility; suitable FEED designer, detailed design, or owner’s engineer experience.
  • •Strong understanding of renewable generation and battery energy storage technologies, including battery chemistries.
  • •Experience designing MV/HV grid connections and requirements for metering/control for battery storage, including grid code knowledge and electrical plant/control systems.
