Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day inspection center operations and vehicle reconditioning workflows.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, and performance management to direct reports, including coaching and leadership development.
  • •Participate in developing and executing strategic plans, goals, and objectives aligned with company priorities.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates.
  • •Proven ability to deliver project deliverables and company metrics.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; maintain a valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean record in the last 3 years.
