Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain coordinated mechanical, electrical, and structural discipline models in a single federated model.
•Run clash detection and coordination, resolving conflicts with engineers and closing them before release.
•Automate repetitive modeling work with families, templates, and scripts to increase monthly throughput.
•Produce model-derived deliverables such as drawings and schedules generated from the model, not redrawn.
•Continuously improve modeling standards used by the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,000 - 227,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Have experience doing BIM production on industrial, data center, or complex building projects.
•Coordinate real-world models by triaging clashes based on impact and resolving them with engineers.
•Script and automate tools using Dynamo, Grasshopper, or Python where it helps.
•Create and maintain high-quality families and templates others copy.
•Work to modeling standards and continuously improve them; bonus for Revit/Navisworks, Tekla, point cloud/scan integration.
