Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the security risk management function end-to-end, owning the full security risk lifecycle across passenger, cargo, catering, aircraft handling, and airspace operations.
  • •Direct geopolitical intelligence collection, fusion, and analysis to produce strategic outlooks, station risk profiles, and airspace/overflight assessments.
  • •Maintain 24/7 situational awareness of terrorism and emerging threats, issuing timely advisories to the Executive and Network Operations Centre.
  • •Design proportionate, risk-based mitigations and contingency measures, validating implementation and tracking residual risk to closure.
  • •Lead, develop, and calibrate the risk team; drive the risk pillar of SeMS with KPIs, performance monitoring, corrective action, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 7 years aviation security experience with exposure to threat/risk assessment activity.
  • •Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferably in security or management.
  • •Preferred Aviation Security Management diploma, preferably from ICAO, IATA, or an industry-recognized learning institution.
