Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide field service support and technical consulting, including acceptance testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting for low- and medium-voltage electrical systems.
  • •Complete assigned work with guidance from senior technicians and engineers, performing required tests and calibrations using test equipment to meet applicable standards.
  • •Prepare formal proposals for commercial and industrial projects by analyzing drawings and specifications, meeting with customers to define scope, and building material lists, execution times, and needed equipment.
  • •Use quoting tools to negotiate with Eaton plants, external suppliers, and Engineering, determining total package pricing and the initial proposal price based on corporate guidelines and project stage/channel.
  • •Coordinate customer documentation before services, manage purchase requisitions and part numbers in SAP, support EHS+ activities through inspections and follow-up on the 5S+ methodology.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Complete technical degree (mandatory), preferably in an area related to Electricity/Electromechanics.
  • •Basic English for reading and writing (preference for B2).
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience maintaining electrical distribution or control systems.
  • •Ability and availability to travel 50% of the time (domestic and potentially in Central America).
  • •Knowledge of electrical safety measures and hands-on work with test/diagnostic activities; experience with Microsoft Office and desirable AutoCAD knowledge.
