Job Summary

Provide remote technical support at an L2 level by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving security incidents and service problems. Drive incidents to effective resolution while maintaining zero missed SLA conditions. Use service assurance tools to investigate issues, monitor service delivery, maintain accurate configuration item records, and escalate unresolved cases until closure. Coordinate with clients and vendors to diagnose root causes and implement preventative remedies for WAF/SSLO environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain support processes and handle requests according to procedures.
•Investigate and diagnose problems using service assurance software and tools, collecting performance statistics and creating reports.
•Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures; carry out agreed maintenance tasks.
•Monitor service delivery against SLAs and analyze service records to identify actions to maintain or improve service levels.
•Maintain accurate configuration data, track incidents related to configuration items, escalate unresolved incidents, document and close resolved incidents, and provide service recovery.

Key Requirements

•Relevant degree or qualification in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
•Moderate experience with security technologies such as Firewall, IPS, IDS, and Proxy.
•Moderate experience providing technical and remote support to clients in security technologies.
•Moderate experience diagnosing and troubleshooting security incidents and problems.
•Professional-level certifications in security technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba, Blue Coat, Zscaler).
