Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance for payroll and related business services.
  • •Lead new proposition development from discovery/validation through launch and iteration, including adjacent services.
  • •Own the end-to-end payroll experience covering setup, approvals, processing, payments, reporting, and servicing.
  • •Simplify payroll activities for business owners, administrators, and finance teams, including payroll review and handling adjustments and exceptions.
  • •Partner with Engineering and external partners to deliver secure, resilient, scalable integrations and improve automation, visibility, controls, and reconciliation.

Key Requirements

  • •6–10 years of product management experience, preferably in payroll, fintech, payments, banking, HR technology, or B2B software.
  • •Track record of building and scaling products used in businesses’ day-to-day operations.
  • •Experience leading complex products from discovery and validation through launch and iteration.
  • •Understanding of payroll workflows including salary processing, reconciliation, or payment operations.
  • •Knowledge of regulated products and operational platforms, plus strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
