Join a hybrid Live Production & Plant Operations Trainee program designed to build future Tyson Foods poultry operations leaders. You’ll rotate through live production (broiler, hatchery, and contract grower exposure) and plant operations (processing workflows, food safety, scheduling, yield, labor, maintenance/reliability, inventory, and continuous improvement). Work alongside experienced leaders to develop problem-solving, leadership, and operational excellence across the farm-to-processing supply chain.
