  • •Design and deliver electrical systems that power NEO’s capabilities, owning key hardware subsystems from architecture through production.
  • •Ensure electrical subsystems meet performance, reliability, safety, manufacturability, and cost requirements across development and production.
  • •Bring up and validate new hardware platforms to reduce development risk and accelerate product milestones.
  • •Drive design quality via rigorous reviews, validation testing, and application of electrical engineering best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
