  • •Collaborate with the Global Rewards team to align compensation strategies and initiatives
  • •Calculate sales bonuses and back-office bonuses accurately and on time
  • •Ensure forecast accuracy and prepare monthly compensation-related financial reports as a finance point of contact
  • •Coordinate union collective work agreement processes and perform unionization-related calculations
  • •Partner with Global Business Services to ensure smooth payroll operations and administrative processes, and lead Flexible Benefits execution and annual renewal

Key Requirements
