Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary interface between customer engineering teams and Intel technical organizations.
  • •Lead Xeon platform deployment and volume ramp programs, tracking qualification schedules, deployment readiness, and production ramp status.
  • •Lead cross-functional technical engagement and manage customer projects through planning, execution, and milestone delivery on schedule and within budget.
  • •Drive requirements scoping, planning, and prioritization, accounting for interdependencies and staffing constraints.
  • •Investigate technical roadblocks to troubleshoot issues and provide program health, risk, and financial updates to executives and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in datacenter, cloud, AI infrastructure, or platform engineering with experience managing large-scale technical programs with hyperscale CSPs.
  • •Strong leadership experience mentoring and guiding teams to achieve goals.
  • •Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • •Effective communication and collaboration skills, including stakeholder management.
  • •Familiarity with customer-driven product development practices; Xeon architecture, AI infrastructure, server platforms, system validation, performance optimization, and fleet management are preferred.
