Production Manager Trainee (PMT)

Develop comprehensive knowledge of plant operations and manufacturing processes through on-the-job training. Learn company products and procedures, including panel and lumber grades, lumber math, cuts, yields, and product costing. Gain understanding of production scheduling, budgeting and expense control, continuous improvement, and safety. Supervise activities in line with company policies, laws, and regulations while touring other UFP facilities and customer locations to build operational expertise.
