Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end supply chain and customer service transformation to improve process excellence, service reliability, cost efficiency, working capital, and business growth.
•Use Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to champion customer-centric improvements and enhance customer experience and operational performance.
•Drive cross-functional alignment and governance across commercial, operations, planning, logistics, and quality teams to translate strategy into execution.
•Own and deliver a portfolio of strategic transformation programs with disciplined execution, risk management, value realization, and continuous improvement adoption.
•Leverage data, analytics, and digital solutions to identify improvement opportunities and enable measurable business outcomes while building organizational capability and leading change adoption.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or commerce; MBA in operations/supply chain/business administration preferred.
•15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, customer service, logistics, planning, or related operations, including cross-functional transformation leadership.
•Proven track record leading large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
•Strong expertise in structured problem solving, process excellence, and operational performance management.
•Demonstrated ability to operate effectively as part of a leadership team influencing business and operational outcomes.
