Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, manage, and optimize business processes to support customer-focused banking outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree or higher at an accredited Canadian University, with an expected graduation date in or after 2027.
  • •Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma/Process Improvement tools and methodology.
  • •Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • •Ability to enjoy working in teams and collaborate with others, while adapting to a dynamic environment.
