•Optimize the throughput of payments by monitoring, analyzing, and technically improving the payment processing logic; collaborate with analytical and technical teams to test new payment settings and ideas to maximize conversion to successful payments.
•Monitor and improve key financial and operational risk metrics; continuously raise compliance with banking, payment systems and regulatory requirements.
•Analyze and optimize commercial terms with partners to reduce processing costs and improve profitability.
•Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across countries to ensure timely and effective execution of payment initiatives.
•Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality results.
