Job Summary

Deliver and pick up heavy equipment from the rental facility using real-time technology to access fleet locations, work orders, and delivery details. Operate vehicles safely in line with state and federal transportation laws, manage loading/unloading with proper paperwork, and perform basic truck service checks. This in-person role runs Monday–Friday with overtime after 40 hours and may include on-call scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate vehicles according to applicable state and federal transportation laws and observe all safety regulations.
•Transport loads safely and on schedule over required routes while obeying traffic laws.
•Maneuver trucks and trailers into loading and unloading areas, assist with loading/unloading, and follow loading crew signals.
•Maintain signed invoices and shipping bills of lading and deliver documentation when delivery routes are complete.
•Facilitate routine truck service (e.g., checking oil, water, gasoline, and air) and report maintenance issues to the Shipping Supervisor.

•Must hold a commercial drivers license (Class A CDL) or a chauffeur’s license appropriate for the weight of vehicle operated.

•Must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
•Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds and remain focused in a busy environment.
