Key Responsibilities

  • •Connect global IT strategy with local APAC execution, advocating for employee needs and delivering a seamless, scalable employee experience across locations.
  • •Lead regional site operations and service delivery for employee support, onboarding, executive support, incident response, and operational reliability.
  • •Drive digital transformation using AI, automation, self-service capabilities, and intelligent workflows to shift from reactive to proactive enablement.
  • •Partner with site management, HR, Facilities Services (RESS), and business collaborators to align technology services with workforce growth and local priorities.
  • •Standardize support models, service ownership, escalation processes, and operational practices across APAC sites; lead and develop a high-performing team and manage vendors/contractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •20+ years enterprise architecture, IT leadership, or large-scale software engineering (including SaaS, digital workplace, and AI/ML systems).
  • •8+ years leadership experience leading geographically distributed teams and driving large-scale operational or transformational initiatives.
  • •Deep knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow (HR, Security, Finance modules preferred).
  • •Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and structured software development methodologies; fluent Mandarin Chinese.
