Key Responsibilities

•Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth.
•Develop collaborative models aligned to merchants’ short- and long-term development plans, and allocate platform resources effectively.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve key business growth challenges.
•Provide strategic solutions to sellers across content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partner, merchandising, and logistics.
•Update active sellers on TikTok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated track record of delivering and exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals.
•Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
•Experience in content-based e-commerce is preferred.
•Preferred: strong connections with brands and distributors, plus mixed platform-side and merchant-side experience in e-commerce.
