Key Responsibilities

  • •Lift coin bags up to 50 lbs and help ensure safe, alert operations.
  • •Assign teller work duties and schedules; monitor teller cash limits and make shipment decisions.
  • •Approve other tellers’ transactions and monitor/report branch activity (e.g., teller outages).
  • •Review timecards, track absences and tardiness, and communicate as needed.
  • •Provide guidance, coaching, and training to tellers, cross-sell products, assist with complex customer issues, and complete monthly audit reports and compliance training.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or GED plus specialized schooling/on-the-job education in a skill area, along with 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions with customers and employees in person-to-person and small group situations.
  • •Ability to perform basic math and work with rates, ratios, percentages, and bar graphs.
  • •Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in written, oral, or diagram formats.
  • •Completes required BSA/AML training and other assigned compliance training.
