Personal Banker I Associate - Holly Springs

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker focused on consultative sales in a financial center. After a 4–8 week onboarding and education program (with rotations and a certification), you’ll proactively identify customer needs, cross-sell retail products, and set periodic financial review appointments using approved marketing tools. You’ll process teller transactions, collaborate with business partners (e.g., Mortgage and Small Business), meet production and customer experience goals, and follow policies to manage risk responsibly.
