Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead electrical and mechanical failure analysis on returned SSDs to identify root causes at electrical and physical levels.
  • •Conduct in-depth electrical diagnostics using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power measurement tools to isolate component-level failures.
  • •Manage critical RMA cases, generate detailed failure analysis reports, and provide timely updates to internal and external teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer, Systems Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in product, system, validation, or quality engineering.
  • •Hands-on experience with electrical debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and bus analyzers, plus hardware repair or rework.
  • •Strong expertise in electrical failure analysis down to board and component level.
  • •Deep understanding of signal integrity, power delivery, and component-level failure mechanisms in high-speed storage (SSD/NAND systems).
  • •Ability to interpret schematics and perform board-level analysis with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
