Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of Child Safety Operations Specialists, ensuring daily operational effectiveness, goal setting, and professional development.
  • •Evaluate risk, threats, and user safety in time-critical escalations to execute instant decision-making.
  • •Manage and triage urgent escalations and law enforcement requests in coordination with Product, Policy, Communications, and Legal teams.
  • •Develop and streamline business and operational processes, including documentation and process diagrams, to improve operational efficiency.
  • •Identify problems across organizations and implement programs/processes, including process improvements and automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in operations management and cross-functional relationship building, including at least 2 years leading and managing an Investigative or Trust & Safety team.
  • •Experience reviewing and/or being exposed to sensitive content involving minors, including child sexual abuse and exploitation, within removal or escalation workflows.
  • •Ability to manage projects end-to-end and drive collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical, risk assessment, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in time-critical environments.
  • •Availability to work weekends on a rotational basis.
