Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform paintless dent repairs using advanced glue-pulling techniques on steel and aluminum panels.
  • •Repair hail damage and larger-sized dents to restore vehicle body lines and creases.
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers to complete reconditioning work.
  • •Meet production needs, including the possibility of mandatory overtime when required.
  • •Follow safety practices using protective equipment such as face shields/goggles, gloves, and non-slip shoes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience.
  • •Ability to use advanced PDR techniques including glue-pulling, hail repair, and repairing creases and body lines.
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently and physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions at times.
