Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support to clients on-site and remotely to meet complex solution requirements.
  • •Compile clear technical specifications, explain options with advantages/disadvantages, and develop alternative backup solutions.
  • •Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant third parties and respond to escalated client requests.
  • •Write reports and proposals, complete and maintain project documentation, and document standard operating procedures for installations and fixes.
  • •Coordinate junior engineers’ activities, take ownership of relevant security technologies, and coach and mentor more junior implementation engineers and technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Seasoned knowledge of security concepts and security architecture.
  • •Experience configuring and managing security controls such as SIEM, Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, NDR, UTM, Proxy, and SOAR.
  • •Ability to perform SOC analysis work, including security incident handling end to end and SIEM investigations.
  • •Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and log collection mechanisms such as Syslog, log files, and DB APIs.
  • •Ability in scripting/programming and automation (e.g., Java, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, .NET, PowerShell) plus infrastructure and ETL concepts (e.g., Terraform, data pipelines).
