Job Summary

Provide technical support to clients as a Security Technical Services Systems Integration Specialist, translating complex requirements into clear specifications and alternative solution paths. Collaborate with clients on-site and remotely, escalate and resolve technical issues, and produce reports, proposals, and project documentation. Coordinate higher-complexity security design work, take ownership of security technologies, and mentor junior engineers while developing toward expert-level certifications.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support to clients on-site and remotely to meet complex solution requirements.
•Compile clear technical specifications, explain options with advantages/disadvantages, and develop alternative backup solutions.
•Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant third parties and respond to escalated client requests.
•Write reports and proposals, complete and maintain project documentation, and document standard operating procedures for installations and fixes.
•Coordinate junior engineers’ activities, take ownership of relevant security technologies, and coach and mentor more junior implementation engineers and technicians.

Key Requirements

•Seasoned knowledge of security concepts and security architecture.
•Experience configuring and managing security controls such as SIEM, Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, NDR, UTM, Proxy, and SOAR.
•Ability to perform SOC analysis work, including security incident handling end to end and SIEM investigations.
•Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and log collection mechanisms such as Syslog, log files, and DB APIs.
•Ability in scripting/programming and automation (e.g., Java, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, .NET, PowerShell) plus infrastructure and ETL concepts (e.g., Terraform, data pipelines).

Education:Bachelor's in Information Technology or Computing or a related field
