Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly site engagement plans aligned to site needs and enterprise priorities.
  • •Partner with Facilities to support workplace services and amenities, and coordinate vendors/service providers to enhance employee and visitor experience.
  • •Coordinate site programs and events (e.g., town halls, activations, cultural events), including planning for executive visits and high-visibility engagements.
  • •Track engagement activities and participation, manage and report on the site engagement budget, and analyze trends to recommend improvements.
  • •Serve as a central intake for site-related issues and coordinate cross-functional activities impacting the site, including managing routing to Facilities, IT, Security, and HR.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; or 2+ years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD); or 0 years with a PhD.
  • •6+ years (preferred) with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years with an Advanced Degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD.
  • •8+ years (preferred) working in a matrixed corporate environment in program management, operations, or communications.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with strong attention to detail.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting executive-facing content and coordinating events/communications/employee engagement initiatives.
