Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end safety and security operations for all Americas sites, protecting employees, visitors, assets, and AI research while maintaining compliance.
  • •Lead the regional safety and security team, set direction, develop talent, and manage performance across internal teams and contracted partners.
  • •Serve as regional incident commander for critical incidents and emergencies; build and exercise emergency-response plans with local law enforcement and emergency services.
  • •Implement and localize global safety/security standards across the region and feed field intelligence back to keep standards sharp.
  • •Own the regional safety and security budget and vendor portfolio, and collaborate with new-site leadership on security risk assessments and pre-opening readiness.

  • •10+ years of progressive safety and/or security leadership with multi-site or regional responsibility and direct people leadership.
  • •Led sizable teams (staff and vendor/guard forces) of 50+ and owned operating budgets over $10M.
  • •Served as incident commander for complex, high-stakes incidents and built emergency-response capability.
  • •Delivered security scope for complex capital facility projects from design through activation.
  • •Built partnerships with law enforcement, emergency services, and government agencies, and can communicate across executives and front-line staff.
