Red Team Engineer - Security Assurance

Join the Security Assurance Team to plan and execute red team operations that test ByteDance enterprise infrastructure, systems, and applications against realistic attacker threats. You’ll design test plans and write/execute scripts or code, produce detailed findings and recommendations, and collaborate with defense and product teams to strengthen security offerings. You’ll also emulate relevant real-world TTPs and help certify systems against security standards.
