Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively review site mechanical integrity programs to identify gaps and inefficiencies and align MI programs to corporate best practices.
  • •Serve as a lead Auditor for the Stationary Equipment Global Asset Integrity Standard (GAIS) in Operational Excellence (OE) Audits.
  • •Provide technical leadership for inspection, maintenance, and turnaround activities at manufacturing sites.
  • •Act as stationary equipment SME and GAIT focal point for Turnarounds, including peer reviews and on-site support during execution.
  • •Analyze LOPC and LPO data to identify failure trends and systemic improvement opportunities; author and maintain inspection program preferred practices and guidelines.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •10+ years experience as a mechanical engineer or inspector in refining, petrochemical, or chemical process industries focused on stationary equipment (e.g., inspector, inspection supervisor, stationary equipment engineer).
  • •Broad exposure to stationary equipment lifecycle topics including specification, design, construction, inspection, and repair.
  • •Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex issues and develop practical solutions.
  • •Detailed experience with APM (Meridium), including building detailed queries; strong knowledge of risk-based inspection and inspection data management; API 510/570/580 preferred but not required.
