Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Typhoon repairable assets by supervising progression through the quality gate, engineering tasking, and repair scheduling via the ELP process.
  • •Ensure ML2/ML4 activities and transactions are documented and maintained on the IMS system, and support compliance with Part M and Part 145 procedures.
  • •Provide effective demand management by monitoring performance against contractual KPIs and addressing shortfalls through resolution or escalation.
  • •Interface with inventory planning, procurement, engineering, finance, and maintenance stakeholders (including service providers/partners) to overcome supply and demand problems.
  • •Use usage and transaction data to identify repetitive problems, support corrective actions, facilitate urgently required items, and mentor QEAF staff in repair activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Requires knowledge of operational supply chain in a Continuous Airworthiness Organisation, including protocols and procedures.
  • •Understands how to gather and interpret asset requirement information across situations.
  • •Has strong relationships across maintenance operations and dependency functions such as procurement and engineering disciplines.
  • •Must understand constraints and lead times for ML2/ML4 activities and lead prioritisation to meet delivery targets.
  • •Requires analysis and planning skills, problem-solving ability, and competence using appropriate IT systems.
