Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute high-quality, well-tested code to the modernization platform, framework team, and surrounding services.
  • •Design and build automated verification frameworks to validate functional equivalence, data integrity, and performance across migrations.
  • •Collaborate with Product Management, engineers, and designers to deliver the product roadmap and participate in code reviews.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in distributed systems and support technical design documents and pull requests.
  • •Perform process-related tasks such as CI/CD, quality, and testing to ensure reliable delivery of framework capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •4 years of commercial software development experience with at least one JVM language such as Java, preferably with the Spring ecosystem.
  • •Expertise integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into developer workflows for automated unit test generation and edge-case discovery.
  • •Experience building developer tools, infrastructure, or complex testing frameworks, including contract testing frameworks.
  • •Strong software architecture and development experience focused on application/database modernization and ensuring database state equivalence.
  • •Hands-on skills with Spring Boot (or equivalent Java framework), MongoDB (or equivalent), and JDBC/JPA, plus relational and document data modeling and at least one SQL and one document database.
